Ganga Expressway to elevate property costs by 12–15%, reshape actual property throughout UP hall
The 594-km expressway, inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on April 29, hyperlinks Meerut in western Uttar Pradesh to Prayagraj within the east, passing by 12 districts. Constructed at an estimated price of over Rs 36,000 crore, the venture is being seen as a key enabler of financial exercise throughout Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
