Ganga Expressway to lift property prices by 12–15%, reshape real estate across UP corridor
The 594-km expressway, inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on April 29, hyperlinks Meerut in western Uttar Pradesh to Prayagraj within the east, passing by means of 12 districts. Constructed at an estimated price of over Rs 36,000 crore, the undertaking is being seen as a key enabler of financial exercise throughout Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
